Christian Lühring was born in 1966 and studied in Bremen and Münster before passing his legal traineeship in Oldenburg. As part of his studies Mr Lühring worked in a large international law firm in England for half a year. After having been admitted to the bar association Mr Lühring worked as a company lawyer for a German industrial group and started his own practice as a self-employed lawyer in 1998.

Mr Lühring’s areas of expertise are national and international trade law and corporate law, both in and out of court. Owing to his business-oriented education Mr Lühring seeks to avert disputes as part of his consulting. As an additional aspect of involvement with corporate law, Mr Lühring leads on M&A projects, frequently in teamwork with fellow lawyers of AM WALL.

Moreover, Mr Lühring’s practice has increasingly focused on competition in recent years. The partnership aims to enforce or avert damages in the context of competition law. To forestall disputes Mr Lühring assists clients with the introduction and updating of compliance systems. This area of assistance has gained importance and is in need of updating also for medium-sized companies due to constantly changing and increasingly international demands on firms and their owners.
