Dr. Julia Clostermann

Dr. Julia Clostermann, born 1985, studied law and political science at the University of Göttingen and completed her doctorate in law on the subject of Compliance at the University of Bonn. She passed her legal clerkship in the OLG district of Bremen.

After Dr. Clostermann started her career as a lawyer in Bremen, she joined AM WALL Rechtsanwälte at the beginning of 2019. With the highest legal qualifications, professional experience in business, tax and corporate law as well as a business acumen and enthusiasm for innovation and digitalisation, she brings with her exactly the skills that characterise entrepreneurial legal advice.

One focus of her work is the representation of interests in civil and corporate law - both out of court and in court. The focus here is on conflict avoidance and economically viable dispute resolution.

Dr. Clostermann also specialises in corporate and asset succession planning as well as legal support for start-ups.

Ms Dr. Clostermann speaks fluent English.
