Nicole Lühring










Nicole Lühring was born in Hamburg in 1969. She studied law and economics at the University of Münster/Westfalen. After passing her legal clerkship in Bremen, she worked as a researcher and lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Oldenburg. She also worked as an in-house lawyer in a large Northern German company. Ms Lühring has worked as a lawyer in Bremen since 2004.

Ms Lühring specializes in national and international trade law and corporate law. Her focus is on B2B contracts as well as consulting on M&A projects, frequently in teamwork with other lawyers of AM WALL. Moreover, Ms Lühring specializes in the enforcement and rejection of investment reimbursement in the context of capital market law.

Ms Lühring is also an expert in antitrust law, in particular in comprehensive and strategic advice on civil antitrust damage cases.

Moreover, Ms Lühring advises on trademark law. She represents clients in front of national and international trademark offices as well as in disputes both in and out of court. Ms Lühring also deals with all matters of insolvency law.

Ms Lühring speaks fluent English and French.
