Our notarial services mainly consist of neutral advice and notarisation of contracts in real estate law, corporate law as well as inheritance and family law.

Real estate law
As a neutral and independent advisor, our notary has the interests of all parties in sight and ensures the legally impeccable drafting, notarisation and settlement of a purchase agreement with balanced terms.
Inheritance law
In Germany, the succession of property can largely be arranged individually, classically by means of a will. For this purpose, a notarial certification is recommended in order to give effect to the last will. The registration of the notarised will in the Central Register of Wills at the Federal Chamber of Notaries provides additional legal certainty.
Corporate law
The preparation, notarisation and execution of various contracts under company law is one of the core activities of our notarial office. Whether it concerns the foundation of a company or its transfer or takeover: our notary is pleased to support you.
