Nicole Lühring

Lawyer, Administrator of the Notary

Nicole Lühring, lawyer and notary, was born in Hamburg in 1969. She studied law and economics at the University of Münster/Westphalia and completed her legal traineeship in Bremen. She then worked as a research assistant and lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Oldenburg and worked as an in-house lawyer in a large North German company.

As a notary, Ms Lühring is the right contact person for the notarisation of all contracts requiring notarial certification. She specialises in the areas of real estate law as well as the certification of wills and other inheritance regulations, including the preparation of individual solutions in the areas of company succession and all private provision, e.g. living wills or health care powers of attorney.

Ms Lühring is experienced in drawing up agreements under company law, in particular in the field of the law of limited liability companies (GmbH) and limited partnerships (KG), including all registration and re-registration procedures with public registers, e.g. the commercial register or the register of associations. Of course, Ms Lühring will also advise you in these aforementioned areas.

Ms Lühring speaks English and French.
