Michael Bönninghaus

Mr. Bönninghaus, born in 1968 in Hamm/Westphalia, was admitted to the bar in 2000 after completing his studies and legal traineeship in Bochum, during which time he already worked in a law firm. Before moving to Bremen in 2007, Mr Bönninghaus worked as a lawyer in Bochum and Unna from 2000 to 2007.

Mr. Bönninghaus’ main areas of practice are general civil law, in particular contract law, as well as commercial and corporate law, in which he has provided legal support for a wide variety of M&A projects – regularly in a team with the firm’s other lawyers practising corporate law.

In addition, Mr Bönninghaus is the contact person for the drafting of B2B contracts, in particular in the area of general terms and conditions. In addition, Mr Bönninghaus represents well-known insurance companies.
